Roger's Spaghetti

Ingredients:

1 pound of ground beef
2 1/2 cups of water
1-6 ounce can of tomato paste
1-4 ounce can of mushrooms (or cut up fresh mushrooms if you like)
1 teaspoon of oregano
1 teaspoon of garlic
1/4 teaspoon of pepper
1/4 teaspoon of chili powder
1 1/4 teaspoons of salt
1/2 pound of pasta (spaghetti, macaroni, etc)

DIrections:

Step 1. Brown ground beef and then drain the liquid.
Step 2. Pour water in the same pan.
Step 3. Add the tomato paste and mushrooms to the water.
Step 4. Add ground beef back into the pan mixing well to dissolve the tomato paste.
Step 5. Then add all the spices mixing well again.
Step 6. Cook over low heat while fixing the pasta
Step 7. Boil water, add pasta, and when it comes to a boil again, start an 8 minute timer.
Step 8. Drain pasta and serve sauce over the top of the pasta.

Serves 3 to 4 with possible leftovers
